Geo-Tracts is one of the few survey firms in Kenya offering full-stack GIS services in-house. We collect the data, structure it into geodatabases, analyse it for the question you actually care about, and publish it in dashboards or maps your team can use day-to-day.

Asset mapping — every borehole, transformer, signpost or kiosk geo-tagged and inventoried. Land-use mapping — classifying what's actually happening on the ground for planning purposes. Suitability analysis — finding the right site for a new school, clinic, warehouse or solar plant. Risk mapping — flood zones, landslide-prone areas, drought vulnerability. Customer territory analysis — for businesses optimising routes and catchment areas.

Tools we use

QGIS, ArcGIS Pro, PostGIS for database work, GeoServer and Mapbox for publication, plus drone photogrammetry where dense aerial data is needed. We pick the right tool for the job — not the one that pads the invoice.

You always own your data. Whether we collect it from scratch or layer onto your existing systems, the geodatabases, shapefiles and dashboards we deliver are fully yours, with documentation that lets your team take over maintenance whenever you choose.
